Following the 1851 census, Hannah moves to Jews Harp Alley. Whether her only surviving child Joseph moves with her is unknown. Hannah dies at the end of the year and is buried at St. Leonard’s Church on 2 January 1852. There is not a gravestone or inscription for her so we don’t know for certain if she was buried with her husband and children.

Joseph  jnr. after the 1851 census disappears from the records so where he went an what happened to him is unknown.
